This committee plans the year's expenses for the fiscal year period beginning July 1st and ending June 30th.  The budget includes all expenses of the Club and allows for an emergency fund.  The proposed budget is submitted to the Board for its recommendation and approval prior to the membership's approval at the June meeting.  The committee includes the Treasurer, the Budget chairperson, and one member from the general membership.
