Welcome to the 71st Year of the Vashon-Maury Island Garden Club!

The Garden Club is pleased to announce the start of our monthly club meetings on Monday, September, 9th, 2024. Meetings will once again be held in the multi-purpose building (gym) at the Bethel Church. This new location provides a larger space to accommodate our growing club. This year we will be able to open the kitchen up for coffee/tea and light refreshments.

New Member Orientation Info
Stay turned for information regarding our New Member Orientation meeting. This short, informative meeting gives new members the chance to meet each other as well as engage with the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs.
This is a great opportunity to discover your interests and how you would like to get involved and support the Club in ways that appeal to you!
Our Garden Club is a group of volunteers and we rely on everyone helping out the club in some way so we can make the club more rewarding for everyone.

The Garden Club has monthly programs from September thru June. These meetings begin at 9:30 on the second Monday of most months.
Meetings begin with a Garden Club business meeting, including talks by our gardening experts, followed by a guest speaker, starting at 10:45. Meetings will conclude before noon.

Board Meetings
​
Board meetings are held on the first Monday proceeding each Club Membership meeting unless otherwise directed by the President. Anyone wishing to be on the Board Meeting agenda must contact the President one week in advance.
