Fig Leaf Hollyhock
Introduced at the end of the 16th century, this is somewhat similar to the common single Hollyhock but is a substantially more robust plant and if you’ve had problems with Hollyhocks before, you’ll appreciate their vigor. It has distinct, fig-leaf foliage & produces 5”-10” upright spikes of very beautiful, large single flowers in shade of yellow, copper, pink, red & white. This Hollyhock is considered a perennial & will act like one if cut back after blooming.
